Aucor Misleads public & sells dud vehicles

On or about 08 March 2016 i received an email from aucor re the upcoming Auction. The email flyer screamed \Massive Fleet Clearance\" And \"Disposal of Fleet Vehicles .\" As a buyer at Auctions i target such auctions as i feel more comfortable that it s not private individuals trying to flog their \"junk.\" . I won the bid for 2 vehicles. On collection of my vehicles i was told that one was not a fleet vehicle and therefore no service history. From the time i drove that vehicle off the auction floor i have had endless problems with the throttle/ fuel system. A computer diagnosis of the car showed a fault in the Throttle body. I waas advised at that stage that to sort the problem it would cost me about R10 000 - 00 . not able to afford such an expense i reverted to a neighbourhood mech to try and resolve and thus avoid the agents fees. to date i have spent about R5K and still the car does not run, although it was sold as a \"runner.\" My complaint is that Aucor mislead me by advertising \"fleet clearance\" and further allowed a client to [place a \"dud\" vehicle on the auction floor, which clearly had mechanical problems. Aucor needs to give me a full refund incl all expenses 2 date"
