Assured about getting the vehicle, deposit paid and money now pocketed by Auction company

I went and spoke to Matilda at which she informed me of documents i needed which i happen to have except for the proof of residence. I filled the forms and forwarded her my proof of residence day after. A week later i got a massage stating that i have been approved for non commercial vehicle. I went to her and asked about the status at which she assured me my application has been approved. On the day of the auction at Aucor i phoned her to clarify and make sure everything thing is still ok. I got her browsing through the section of the house and small goods at aucor. I asked her once more at which she once again assured me everything is fine i must just register for the auction and when i find the vehicle i want i must bid on it and she will get the final invoice after the auction and take further from there.

I registered and got a bit on a car i wanted. A week ended without any word from her. The following week i went to Burchmore to Matilda to find out if there's any feedback. She then told me Aucor gave her invoice of accident car and she does not finance damaged vehicles. I went to Aucor to find out what was happening at which the sorted the problem as the person who captured the invoice mistakenly wrote or cut n past" accident damage " on the invoice but The auction house Manager Mr Magiel spoke to Matilda and sent through the photos of the vehicle at proof of the vehicle status.

Few days went by and whee i contacted Matilda again she told me the bank declined my application as i intend to use the vehicle for business. I asked how can it be that its approved and now declined and im loosing R10000 my registration fee. She said shed get back to me Monday. When i called her yesterday i got one of those vague answers "ill get back to you when i get feedback" I'm at the end of my tethered rope cause i am not getting satisfactory answers from her.

She gave me assurance I've been approved or else i would not have registered for item i cant afford. Understanding I've been declined but why im i loosing R10000 and its not my fault.
