A wow service, a top notch

I won an auction, recieved an invoice, paid it and struggled to recieve dimensions for courier purposes when i call them they tell me that the items are sold out, they will refund me bare in mind it was early december now its jan. I spoke to someone on whatsapp from aucor durban that somebody pretended to help me but they ghosting me now.... Wow what a service
