10000 Deposit not returned

Went to auction, paid my R10000 deposit on my debit card. They say 7-10 days to return the money.

Money in my bank account went from pending to deducted.

Now I need to struggle to get the money back. FNB says Aucor banked the money so they cant reverse it.

Verry dissatisfied for my first time with these Auctioneers.
