Aubrey's Driving School - Do not trust them.

On September 5th they ran a special for their service which was R1499 for 10 lessons (add and all). I contacted them and we discussed that I would take x2 (20 lessons). I made a payment and sent the proof of payment. I was then told that the offices would contact me with a schedule either the Saturday 6th or the Monday the 8th. On the 8th I had to remind them to send me the schedule which they then did on the Tuesday the 9th. Lessons were to start almost two week later only on the 20th at 7am. That Saturday morning at 6:30 I receive a message that they cannot make it and will contact me with a new schedule by the Monday. No-one contacted me and I had to message again. At this point I request a refund instead and have given them a FINAL DEMAND LETTER with a due date of the 1October 2025. It is now the 02nd of October and no payment has yet been refunded to me. So false adverti*****t. I feel ****** and used. I feel like they needed quick money at the time of their promotion and never intended to assist me. Now they are making all sorts of excuses or simply ignore the request to refund. I trusted them because my sister used them many many years ago but I am very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone again.
