Poor service. Late delivery and faulty work

Kb 300 lx 4x4 double cab booked for check of alternator bearings and to check clutch as it seemed master cylinder seals needed replacing. 8 July<br> <br> Report from Auas GM said following: <br> 1. alternator belt adjusted no fault on alternator<br> 2. Clutch worn and clutch plate, release bearing, pilot bearing mater cylinder and salve cylinder needed replacing. Quote given for R8868<br> <br> We were told parts was available and job to be completed on 9 Jul.<br> <br> On 9 july we are told parts not availible and need to be flown in. Job to be completed on 10 july.<br> 10 July we are told that there are no parts in South Africa but indeed original isuzu parts are availible in Windhoek. What?? Auas GM fitting pirate parts without stipulating it on their quotes??<br> We then receive a quote for 12177 for the use of original parts. Unbelievable!<br> We contacted the country service manager which ensured us he will look into the matter and assured us the car will be fixed on saturday as it was urgently needed for our bussiness.<br> The car was finished Saturday with reverse gear struggling to engage. The mechanic said it would get better with time. <br> Sunday 12 july only 2nd gear working!<br> <br> I now had enough of Auas isuzu
