No delivery after 42 days since payment

Unsatisfied with the service of Atul South Africa for the non delivery after 42 days of final build and payment. Continuous excuses by the principle dealer for non delivery without any proof of excuses. Dealer principle does not supply any feedback to the client for any delays and there is always something why delivery has not yet taken place, delivered to wrong address and then the truck was in an accident and need to rebuild them. Did the rebuild and now missed the delivery with another week. Unacceptable and poor customer service.
