Have your DUTY FREE BAG SEALED!!!

My wife being a novice flier and traveller went to Istanbul Turkey where she enjoyed the introduction of Raki to her palate. Wanting to share this with those at home she acquired some at ATU Duty free. They neglected to seal the bag or inform her of the requirements and alas her Raki was confiscated at Frankfurt International airport, despite running around for over an hour to get exemption. Lesson is make sure of ALL the laws and by laws of each and every country and their duty free laws. Don't take for granted that if it is for sale you will actually get to take it home.
