UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had a bad experience with Gwebu incorporated Attorneys based in Pretoria. The attorney I dealt with was Madira Mahlatsi. I had property issue that I needed a refund for. He "claimed" to know and was recommended by a friend as i dont reside in SA & had to leave the country.

He never communicated anything unless I asked him to. He took forever to deal with my situation since last year October, I only got back my money in July this year. After informing him of my dissatisfaction with his service, he stated that he had another case that was taking his time. But he was still billing me. He never copied me on any mail sent to the other party, stating if I wanted that I should have asked him. I instructed him to have money deposited in my account after agreement was reached, he failed to do so and had money deposited in his firm account. Only after I laid a complaint with him, that's when he stated " its a standard procedure" for monies to be deposited in firms account. Yet he failed to inform me. He then paid himself first before giving me all paperwork I had asked for. The last copy of POP only came in a month later. His disinterested, slow to anticipate alternative plans, starts meetings without me present, tells me things without any proof until I ask for it. Caused me more headache than the actual problem. Go for a mature and professional person in future.
