Rejected Claim

I have Comprehensive vehicle insurance with Attooh. On 02 Feb 2016 my wife had an accident with the vehicle . I gave her permission to travel to work with the vehicle that day since my son who is asthmatic started creche 01/02/2016 and had an issue with his chest the previous week and my wife had to stay out of work to take him to the doctor (28/01/2016. I was not aware that if any other person was driving the vehicle that there would be no cover as telephonically when the policy was sold to me this was not explained. I am now in a situation where the claim has been rejected based on the fact that my WIFE not friend or relative who was driving my car had an accident which was not her fault but a taxi driver having NO drivers license or license DISC hit her head on as he was coming in on coming traffic and i have been rejected based on the telephone recording. I spoke to Cecilia Stout in claims as well as emailed many requests to Fabian in claims and Tasmyn at Axsure for this recording . I have explained to these parties that the recording they hae sent to is in a format that cannot be opened .i have been debited for the insurance end Feb 2016 but no service given to me STRANDED
