Poor Service on Claim

<p>Ever since i had an accident last week monday no one is willing to respond to my enquires, I tried calling their lines even to date I couldn't reach the consultants.</p> <p>I emailed them to give me direct contact lines no one to respond, I'm paying for the hired car but still I have not recieved it, when I ask no one responds and it's more than a week now...nothing have been done yet to my car.</p> <p>I am really dissapointed with these guys and the way they conduct their business.</p>
