IDA , Attooh and western union insurance beware!!!

Got my car written off. First im told that my wife is not added as a driver and i have no claim...what a load of bull, got them to send me the recording of sale....and there we are...All on tape , infact my wife was added as the main driver. what is wrong with this company?.<br> My excess is 26000...what a rippoff....Beware consumers they r just a money making scheme.<br> Also what they dont tell you is that they wont settle the claim before they have the papers of the car from the bank.<br> Its been over a month now....and cecilia at attooh has the nerve to tell me she has other work to do when i ask about whether they had received the papers so they can pay the bank.<br> Cecilia you should go for some training on how to talk to customers.<br> <br> I would advise anyone to stay clear of IDA Brokers who sold me this insurance, attooh underwriters, chs claims..and Western Rethink Insurance who obviously has to pay now....but i loose cause my excess is horrific.<br> <br> If this does not get settled this week i will give you such bad advertising and is the excess you charge me really worth it?<br> I also notice that you have alot of complaints on hellopeter.com.<br> <br> Stay far away!!!!!..<br> <br> They just dont care at all.<br>
