failure to repair and fix my car

I have been waiting for a long time for my car and instead of them fixing them they sending me back and forth and implying that my car issues before the accident and i assure them it wasn't and what they say was faulty before accident its exactly where i was hit by the third party but they are trying to put the blame on me. getting a report takes weeks and when i ask they say will get the feedback by end of the another tactic to delay me so i don't ask questions or feedback. I am really ****ed off by the service that i am getting from these people. i need my car as yesterday. these people don't care they just want money and do not provide the service they promised you.<br>
