Claim from insurance

My car is been in an accident for 2 weeks going for 3rd week I filled all form and accident report but my insurance seem not to care anymore, they even told me they dont recognise my policy number, broker keeps talking me for a ride, tell ne same story that they will call me back. It seem like this whole thing is a ****. Im done with western national insurance co. Abd their brokers. I rather pay more for miway or outsurance than get horrible service.
