Unhappy customer

As customer of ABS i am not happy with the weekend bus drivers to centurion and from centurion in the morning, these buses always leave people behind while the bus is empty, bus no 305 and 310, we intrust our money in purchasing the ticket and we do not get the services that we deserve, having to spend on top of spending while purchasing the ticket strain us, i consider this poor service to the loyal customer of Atteridgeville bus services, this can and will ruin the loyalty between the customers and service provider, i called the control several times about these allegations they just promise to change but they don't, the service is power during weekends, a driver cant just pass passengers with an empty bus, we are not happy
