Poor service,No buses in four consecutive days,No communication

<p>I have been recieving a very bad and poor service from the Atteridgeville Bus Service of which came in to my attention that this has been happening for quite too long and nothing has been done about it. We get to struggle in the mornings waiting for a bus from Atteridgeville to Pretoria West Hospital (bus No:23) which can only come twice in week sometimes once without any communication been given. Lastweek Wednesday they said the bus is stuck but they could not even make an effort to get us another bus, sometimes the would say the bus driver its on his way but we will wait and wait without it coming. This is very disturbing because we buy weekly bus tickets and yet the service that we getting is trully unacceptable and not fair at the same time. There is no some kind of communication, the management is failing to deliver what is required. </p>
