Bus Timetable and Routes guide frustration

The current bus service presents significant challenges for new users. While purchasing and loading a Stored Value card is straightforward, accessing crucial route and timetable information proves difficult. The ad-hoc system of relying on external individuals or unmarked vehicles for guidance is inefficient and unreliable. The lack of readily available, comprehensive route and schedule information leads to confusion and necessitates commuters to seek help from fellow passengers, highlighting a critical need for improved information dissemination. We can help with developing an app that customers can make use of to get this kind of information if there isn't any yet. But for now, I think it will help to have at least a printout that can even be posted in the buses and @ the terminus. Or to save costs, have a QR code to access this information.
