Accident involvement and no one to contact

On Friday 26/01/2018 while I was at the red robot (Peak time traffic - 08:00), one of the bus drivers failed to get brakes and drove into me and another vehicle, and the 2nd vehicle in turn also hit another vehicle. This was in Paul Kruger str accross Highschool Langenhoven. The bus driver gave us a contact number - I asked to who do I speak - his reply - who ever you get hold of. When I tried to call the number - it does not even work. I then tried the Internet to obtain another number - none of the Listed numbers except one works. The one that does work, also can not assist me as they are not from ABS. I also logged a call at "Report my driving" - very assistant - received a reference - the ABS Company did not even try to make contact and it is Wednesday already after the accident. I expect my damages to be fixed by the company asap
