Vehicle sold even though holding deposit was paid.

I would not recomend them at all. Worst service I have ever had. Paid a holdings depisit on a vehicle that I had really put in a lot of effort before choosing. Was phoned on friday to finalize an invoice or OTP for finance application. Heard nothing from them and finally got hold of the agent this Tuesday to be told "Bad news, they sold your car". Requested a call from the owner and got no feedback.
