Extremely Poor Attitude - BEWARE

After expressing interest online for a vehicle sourced through one of the used car websites I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and friendly service offered to me by Anton - one of the salesmen.

He very kindly brought the vehicle for me test drive and we began the finance application while I evaluated another vehicle. I was happy dealing with the salesmen under the premise that if I took too long or was undecided anyone else was eligableable to buy the vehilce.

It was then offered to me that I could put a holding deposit (R3k) on the vehicle to show in good faith I was legitimately interested in the vehicle to hold it for 7 days while I make my decision. I decided to pay the deposit seeing as the other vehicle I was considering didn't fufil my needs.

I spoke to the saleman and said I need one final time to come place all my baby chairs and family in but logistically it would be on the weekend.

Next thing I get an email from owner/managment stating my holding deposit has been revoked and they will refund my money because other people are interested too. I responded how unprofessional this was, to which I was then called ********* because I wanted to reserve the vehicle - which I was offered the option of and paid for as instructed.

Before dealing with this company I actually searched for them on hellopeter.com and saw similar complaints to mine, but thought they might just be isolated cases - BEWARE!
