Excellent customer service at Atterbury Motors

It is not often that one receives EXCELLENT customer service these days. I have always preferred not to buy second-hand vehicles from used car dealerships, but rather directly from franchise dealers.

However, the experience from buying a vehicle from Atterbury Motors has certainly changed my perception. From the quality of their stand and vehicles on display, to the excellent service and friendly staff, it has been an amazing experience. (even their office assistant who offered me a glass of juice was friendly)

I recently took delivery of a 2010 Toyota Hilux D/C from their salesman, Pieter Bekker. The customer service he provided to me was AWESOME. I don’t know if this word describes his service sufficiently. Although I wanted to take delivery of the vehicle earlier, he refused to deliver the car if he was 100% satisfied that everything was perfect on the vehicle. (This is not a complaint, it’s a HUGE compliment) Having spent almost 10 years of my career in vehicle financing I know how tough it can be. It is not always that one receives such good service and when it happens, I strongly believe that credit has to be given where it is due.

From my side a huge thank you to Atterbury Motors and they must be extremely proud to have someone like Pieter working for their company.
