Dont do business with them, They lie and become rude when called out on it.
The sales service was excellent. After sales service very poor. I was **** to that I will receive spare keys for my car and will receive my new license disc and number plates while the car goes back for the bumper to be re-aligned. Car was there for 3 days. I was informed informed I can come and collect the car. Got there no spare key and no license disc and number plates. I got into an argument with the DP. She is rude and refused to listen that I was told I will get spare keys.Just telling me she does not have to give me spare keys and will not. Telling me how they did me a favor to sell this car to me, as if I forced them to. I do apologize for swearing (not at her), I should not have gone down to her level.
Do not do business with these people. They will lie and once you signed you stuck.
We apologies that your experience wasn't a very good one. We usually go out of our way to ensure customer satisfaction. I would just like to state that we did not make a spare key as we offered you deal assistance on the transaction (The Bank required a hefty deposit which we covered) - I believe this was communicated to you on the day of delivery, but if not, I sincerely apologies and will take it up with the relevant sales person. I am sure you can understand that we cannot offer discount and then also occur extra expenditure on an item which is not required by the CPA on a second-hand vehicle.
The DP explained that once you entered her office and started screaming and swearing because of the spare key, she asked you to leave our offices immediately (as she felt extremely uncomfortable) and because of the heated debate you left in a hurry and the sales person never gave you the license disk & plates. We did however send them to you via courier the following day. Kindly advise if you did not receive it.
