Disgusting Non service from Atterbury Motors
Disgusting non service! Sharks, *****, *******! Cash flow clearly an issue and they want a holding deposit for a vehicle that you are interested in. Finance approved but two hours later a call received to say sorry it’s been sold to someone else, “subject to their finance approval”. HUH haven’t we just been approved of finance, we were waiting for the papers so finalize the deal! But at the end of the day, they are any more money out of it! Shocking! NOT recommended and their dealer principle Vonene Ingram, well...unprofessional to say the least!
Rather go to well known authentic car dealerships!

We are very disheartened about your bad experience, however you need to understand we have 10 sales people selling the same vehicles (We sell on average between 70 - 80 vehicles per month) and in order for us to reserve a vehicle that is in such high demand we require a Holding deposit to keep the vehicle for the client. This deposit is FULLY refundable upon delivery. Majority of Dealerships make use of this method in order to ensure the buyer is serious. Unfortunately we have previously 'reserved' many vehicles for clients and then they disappear or cancel after a week and we have lost other potential customers.
Our DP tried to explain this to you over the phone as well.
Hope you find the vehicle of your dreams soon.
Kind Regards,
