Car battery issues
I bought my car at Atterbury motors in 20 August 2018 from the day I took ownership of the car it has been giving me problems first it was the light sensor did not work I took the car back they fixed it, 10 days after the start stop button did not work when the car did not auto switch off when it stops, the car requested oil almost every week I took the car to BMW to check what the problem was they advised me that the oil filter was not right, I took the car back to atterbury motors they kept the car for 2 to 3 days they called and said the car was fixed less 2 months the battery of the car gave me problems the car could not start some days I advise them that was the problem they told me they made arrangements with battery center for the battery to be replaced I took the car there and the changed the battery less than 1 year the battery is giving me issues, I called them on the 13 December 2019 to advise that the battery is giving me issues again they said how can that happen its a new battery in January 2019 the oil filter started giving me issues again I made contact with them again and advised that the car is starting to ask me for oil every week again and that I was taking the car to BMW, I had to put on a fight for them to pay for the oil filter and turbo pipe in January 2019. The car is currently at BMW one of the issues is a battery that BMW is charging me R5000, I was asked by the sales person from Atterbury motors if I leave my car lights on? He then said to me that I must get proof from BMW that the car battery is an issue I feel cheated by Atterbury Motors for a car battery!!!!
