Breach of contract
<p>I signed a reservation of vehicle contract and paid a R5000 holding deposit for a Fortuner on Decmeber 3, 2016 expiring on December 6, end of work day. I arranged with my son in law, seeing as I live in Paarl, to see if the Fortuner is in a proper condition. He took the trouble to take the morning off from work and arranged with a motor mechanic to evaluate. I tried to negotiate the price of the vehicle with the salesmen, but ended up agreeing to the sale for the advertised amount via email and phone call. The salesmen noted this agreement, only to send another email, 5 minutes later, saying that the owner, Lurika Schubert overruled him and that the car was sold and paid for by someone else. I noted on Hallo Peter, that this wasn't the first time something like this happened to a client of Atterbury Motors. I approached two attorneys and they told me that the contract was absolutely binding and that Atterbury Motors is gulity contract breach. Seeing that the car was sold, I took no legal action, but I hope all potential clients of Atterbury Motors will take note of this.</p>

What a pathetic attempt as a response to my initial complaint of contract breach. You wrote a long irrelevant story full of fabricated lies to suite your case. It seems that you have difficulty in the comprehension of facts. I initially sent you an e-mail to Atterbury`s private mail with no effect what so ever. For the records, I never spoke to you!!
You wrote that there was no reason to reserve the vehicle longer. THERE WAS A VERY GOOD REASON: The Reservation of Vechicle Contract signed by me and Pieter. i noiced that you said you are not a legal expert. That is in any case quite obvious to see, but NO reason for breach of contract.
I would recommend you to post a copy of the contract, signed by me and Pieter, for the potential clients to see and decide for themselves. That will be better than fabricating more lies and to embroider them even further.
I have nothing to gain with this response other than warning potential clients against your ********* conduct with no regards for signed contracts.
