accusing me the client without proof

I bought a car from Atterbury Motors, From day one it had screeching brakes that sounded terrible. Keep in mind the car was delivered to me so it would have been obvious to them but it was still delivered with screeching brakes. I let them know about this within a few days but never got any response. I did not ride in the car again as i was in a neck brace and 2 weeks went by, I then started driving again and this time drove into a well known brake fitment centre who informed me the brake pads were replaced by new ones, this was done by Atterbury Motors, they informed me the car had new brake pads fitted, without the disks being skimmed. So i asked Atterbury Motors a 2nd time to do something about the brakes. Their drivers came to get the car, by this time i have driven about 1500km since i got it and about 3 weeks went by. After the car was delivered with the brakes sorted it started giving serious problems with the tires immediately, and one flat tyre upon another. I was accused of driving through potholes and even told i drove on days when my car stood in my driveway, with camera footage to proof it. Of course, no one can proof i drove through a pothole at a destructive speed, and i have not, it was all assumed and in writing as well. I was told to go to the ombudsman by Atterbury Motors as they refused to help me, seeing that i already drove around 1500 km, not taking into consideration that i had no tyre issues until their drivers took the car for the brake repairs, and that was at around 1500km. Then the stickers that was newly installed started falling off the car, i notified them about this and 5 days later also no reply or answer and i reported that to the ombudsman as well. I am surprised at the terrible after sales service, or complete lack and ignorance to problems i had and reported. I am also amazed at accusations against me without any proof.
