STAY AWAY FOR AT&T - WORST SERVICE EVER
My Isuzu bakkie has been with AT&T for 3 weeks now after an accident. I have sent emails and was told it would take plus minus 20 working days. They very seldom respond to emails so I went through to their workshop to see how far my bakkie was. The guy who works on my bakkie was not there but I saw another gentleman who told me that all the parts are there, they are only waiting for the bumper. What makes me furious is the fact that the bakkie is stripped - (for insurance purposes to do the quote) and has been standing like that for 3 weeks. I wish I never decided to took my vehicle there. I have never heard about AT&T but went on the Assessor's word. Also being without a vehicle for (it looks like another month) I have asked for a courtesy vehicle even if its just for a week of 2 days a week till my vehicle has been repaired. I have been told all the vehicles are booked. This also shows me that they take forever to repair as there has not been a courtesy vehicle in 3 weeks. People NEVER, EVER take your vehicle to AT&T. If the parts was not ordered, I would have insisted on another panelbeater. This is the WORST of the WORST panelbeaters I have ever had to deal with.
