Why

Very disappointed in the service. I am not sure if it’s because I am a Roman but I have been calling to get updates on my car. I was told it would be ready by yesterday and I am still waiting for my car today.

Calling in today was worse because the service consultant I was talking to is on leave today and no one knows what’s happening. I finally got to speak to the manager and they stated they are waiting for a part that I did not even know about . Like it was from the insurance to now the panel beaters I cannot catch a break
