Terrible after repair service

My cars Airbag light was came on 4 months after receiving it from them, I notified them that the light came on. Took the car in so they will check or clear the light as its still within the workmanship guarantee/warranty. After they inspected it after bringing it to them I was never contacted or informed if they'll fix it or I'll have to fix it myself, it's 2 months after the fact I've brought it to them and no word back.
