False reports

My vehicle has been at this workshop for 2 months now. My insurance claim was approved the first week of march 2024, i have been very unsatisfied with the way the workshop was not keeping me in the loop with the progress of my vehicle, so on the first week of april 2024 i decided to go check my vehicle. I could not believe my eyes, my vehicle had been only stripped and not worked on. I was told not worry they will be done i a weeks time. I went back a week later and there was slight progress, so basically i am suppose to receive my vehicle in a few days. I called again to get progress and when i can get my vehicle, l was than told the vehicle has steering problems and they aren't sure when i will receive my vehicle. I am devastated because i need my vehicle for now purposes now, AT and T autobody gives false reports on the progress of vehicles, if you do not call them regularly and go check on your vehicle they will not work on your car. And secondly King price insurance does not intervene on the complaints i raised of the workshop, they will not assist you on getting to the bottom of the delays caused by this workshop. This workshop will lose clients should they continuing in this manner.
