No Refund, Poor Communication, Does not answer my calls

Had a very bad experience with this company, i am one of the many unhappy customers i personally know of, and i am certainly not going to keep quiet.

Booked a travel and then when it came to the point of travel my booking was cancelled by which i had to rebook out of my own pocket.

Was told i will receive a refund but yet to date no refund was received at all and was told 8week refund period, of which other travelers going directly to airline have received their credit refund already within 3weeks.

Do not use this company as they provide false hope and in business of wrecking your travel dreams.
