AtPhoto store closed early, before collection time

Saturday @ 14h00 I gave in photo's to be printed which takes an hour. After which confirmed their closing time (15h00) & the lady suggested I pick up my order at 14h55. I proceeded to set an alarm on my phone to remind me to get the photo's while I attended a kidsparty at the restaurant right next door to their shop.<br> <br> My alarm went off at 14h55, I proceeded to their store next door and found it to be locked, dark inside, nobody inside. I knocked and called out, actually making quite a scene and confirming with other people the time to make sure I was not late. <br> <br> Monday I phoned to exclaim my disatisfaction, as this store isn't one I frequent and 30km from my home. They assured me that they'd speak to their staff, check all their clocks and courier my photos to me as it's far out of my way to collect myself. After sending them my address, they retracted their offer to send me my photos via courier as they believed their employee who was on duty who said she closed on time, insinuating that I'm lying. I suggested they check their store cameras or the shopping centre cameras to see that they were at fault. Nothing so far. I will tell everyone I know to never use their service.
