AtPhoto not worth your time!

I'm not sure why I have seen so many positive comments about AtPhoto after the experience I have had with them the last month... I ordered mugs and keyrings which were incorrectly printed - these images are dropboxed labeled and then also an email is sent the Chantelle the person who deals with gifting prints with the details for print... When I called to say the products are incorrect she responds first by saying no I didn't get an email... Then says oh wait it's here I just didn't read it sorry. So now my client waits an extra week for her corrected keyrings... The mug same issue... Except I have to pay for he mug again???!!!!!!! Her error!!! The second week of printing their machine is in for repairs- delays orders... Now her inability to do her job delays orders - costing me more money and an upset client- AND promising it will arrive on a Thursday - I call Thursday to make sure she says yes definitely by 12... I msg Karlien about everything as she was my initial contact and Chantelle hardly responds to any messages or calls... Her response to all this... \Ok"and did I get my goods the Thursday?? No...
