Thundering Disgrace

<p>In September of 2016 I ordered a custom-made wardrobe for my TV lounge to be built and delivered by ATOZFURN. Full payment was asked for upfront (red flag), and I was told that it would be delivered in about 14 to 28 working days. Very long and frustrating story short: delivery took much longer than I was led to believe (39 working days), communication was non-existent unless initiated by me, and what arrived looked like something an amateur had slapped together. I sent it back and after hearing nothing for a few weeks, suggested a refund, only to be referred to the terms and conditions. It eventually arrived again looking a tad less shoddy but barely acceptable for my garage where it serves as a monumental reminder of how doff I was to pay for something like this in full upfront. I complained to ATOZFURN that the drawers were still not aligned properly and was promised that somebody would come and fix them. That was 5 months ago. I'm still waiting.</p>
