Atonergy Solar Pty Terrible Aftersale Service

I have received great service up until the installation was completed and they received their payment. I have a faulty installation that renders the solar portion absolutely useless. None of my emails, messages and calls are being answered. The after sale service is non-existent. It has been longer than a week now with no contact.
