Bad debtors.

They are bad debtors and don't pay their accounts. I have been struggling to get payment from them for over 120 days. Unprofessional business practices. Just a warning to future suppliers of this company. Don't fall into this trap. Arrogant sales personnel also doesn't help their cause.
