The most amazing service, staff and company!

On Monday i had a situation, just before i left the house for work, i managed to step on my girlfriends hair straightener, it shattered in half, already being in the dog box with her, i panicked and i took the broken GHD with me to work, i found Atomic Hair Iron Solutions online, i sent Mr Sheppard an email asking firstly if it would be possible to fix this model and also if they could fix it on the same day, cool and calm Mr Shepard says no problem he also gave me and estimate price. At lunch i quickly took a drive to Atomic Hair Iron Solutions to drop of the GHD with no hope that it could be fixed, the repairman insured me it would be fixed no problem, still doubtful i drove back to work (Linbro). At around 14:30, Mr Sheppard calls me and says my GHD has been repaired, i was absolute blown away by the time they took to fix it, he told me they close at 16:30, i new i wouldn't make the time so i called Mr Shepard to ask if he could wait, he said ok, when i got there the GHD was looking amazing he also threw in a few accessories for free, this man is an absolute legend. people that have their own companies should aspire to be like the staff and Mr Sheppard. the best service ever!
