Dishonest Businessman

Sam Hlongwane, the owner, quoted me for a painting job and was fully paid in advance. Six months later, the job is not finished after painting most of the house except for the half-painted flat. No contact from him, except when I call him he makes numerous excuses. Don’t touch this *****! I have now laid a ***** charge with the police.
