ATM solutions Incompetency

I am a new tenant at a store and I am receiving a very horrible experience with ATM solutions company. They paid in the rental fee into the previous tenant after waiting over a month for it. I am having to take care of the atms without any compensations, I am told that I should communicate with the previous tenant when they are the ones who are ***********. When you apply for atms at your super market ensure that this doesn't happen to you!!!!
