Extremely Unsatisfied Customer / ridiculously poor product and service !

I paid R4500.00 for the 'Economy' re-map on my Ford Ranger 3.2 Auto 4x4 for an advertised around 10 % reduction in fuel consumption. Instead what I got was an actual INCREASE of 10.5 % in fuel consumption ! (form 11.4 to 12.6 L /100 km) (I only drive very conservatively, always) After many unanswered calls to Brandon, (who I initially dealt with) , I eventually got hold of Jon, who sent Travis to remove the faulty (in my view / experience) mapping product. My vehicle's fuel consumption then returned to the normal 11.4 L / 100 km. I then asked for a full refund, again battling to get Brandon or Jon to answer their phones. After about 3 weeks I received only a R3500.00 refund. Again I tried to get hold of them by calling, / sms,/ and Whatsapp, pointing out the error. To this day (2.5 months later) I have not heard from either of them, nor have I received the R1000.00 they ******** me out of. Just warning every one else -these guys are a lying, deceiving, bunch of ****** ! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, EVER !
