Pharmacist

I visited the pharmacy to collect my daughter’s prescribed medication, but unfortunately, I was not dispensed due to not having my ID. Although I presented my Clicks card, it was not accepted as a valid form of identification. As a regular client as this clicks I am absolutely dissatisfied by the service.

Kgabo continued to show no remorse as she threw me with my prescription and said she cannot assist me rudely so. Until I had asked for her name and surname and she only provided me with her name, then proceeded in silence.

I understand the importance of verifying patient identity, but I believe that my Clicks card should have been sufficient proof of identity, given that it is a loyalty card linked to my personal details but the treatment I got today was beyond inhumane!
