FAULTY ATLASWARE BOTTLE

I received a 1l atlasware bottle as a present in December 2017. After using the bottle for a few weeks it could not maintain its temperature for more than 3 hours. I returned the bottle and the company replaced the faulty bottle with a new one. After using the new bottle for 6 months rust spots started to form on the bottom of the inner lining. This bottle only contained cold water for the above mentioned 6 months, no excessively hot or inappropriate content was placed inside the bottle. I sent Atlasware an email 10 days ago (19-07-2018) and have still not received a reply. Atlasware is supposed to be a very trusted brand, according to my knowledge. I am very disappointed as I have received two faulty bottles in the short period of 6 months.
