***** secondhand vehicle dealership

Good day, I would like to bring it to the public's attention to be very careful when selling their vehicle to Atlas road car sales on Atlas road Boksburg. These guys will tell you that they will buy your vehicle from you, add it to their dealer stock and then sell and register it on the buyers name so you will have no worries as the vehicle will be removed from your name as soon as they buy the vehicle from you....... ALL LIES! Theu bought a vehicle from me around three years ago, then sold it to a buyer without adding it to their dealer stock first and never registered the vehicle on the new owners name. Two years ago i received a call from an insurance company claiming that the vehicle was involved in an accident and the owner is responsible for the damage to another vehicle. I then went back to Atlas road car sales and then i was told the new owner was supposed to reregister the vehicle themselves and they had loads of excuses for not first adding it to their dealer stock. They then promised to ensure the new owner does the change of ownership. I kept asking for proof and never got any, i then warned them that i will deregister the vehicle if it`s not done. Still that didn`t even bother them or the new owner so i went ahead and deregistered the vehicle. Now two years later i received a traffic fine for the vehicle which means the new owner is now driving the vehicle *******ly on the roads cause once again the dealership **** to me about ensuring that the change of ownership gets done. Please be warned not to believe anything this dealership tells you when selling your car to them without proof or buying a vehicle from them. They seem to like misleading the public without consequences. I went to see them a day ago but the owner wasn`t in so i left a message....... till now they haven`t even bothered to contact me and tell me what they going to do to rectify this issue.
