ZERO AFTER SALES SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

Refer to email correspondence<br> Please can you possibly come and look at my pool? I have 2 main concerns<br> 1. The solar heating is leaking at an elbow joint<br> 2. The areas of marbelite that are rough are stained. I followed the procedure you asked me to regarding the timeframes of when to put chemicals in, when to sweep and when to install the kreepy. But to date I still cannot get rid of the stains. I cant understand why there are areas that are more rough in the marbelite - these are the areas where it is stained. The kreepy also gets stuck on these rough areas and doesn't move easily. Please can you come and investigate and then advise accordingly? 1. You investigate the pool and stains as requested 2. Advise a route to rectify the stains - even if this means chemicals and scrubbing what chemicals would I require 3.That you actually offer to assist in this cleaning<br> <br> Sorry but this is not bad workmanship its because you didn't sweep your pool and that's why its rough. You messed up and now you want to blame us. We are in this business for many years. We don't have to come out and see how you messed up your own pool. <br> <br> Zero assistance to find/ offer a solution
