BAD SERVICE, ATTITUDE AND WALKING OFF SITE

<p>Peter from Atlas Pools has a very bad attitude. He quoted on the job, received 50% payment from us to renovate pool and paving area, and he walked off site half way through the job.</p> <p> </p> <p>He did not lay the paving correctly, some paving was not cut correctly, grouting is lose as sand with not enough cement, paving did not have foundations nor under glue and he layed a thin layer of river sand. He refused to fix the problem and stated that there is nothing that he can do about it, that the paving comes like that from the manufactures. </p> <p> </p> <p>We will be laying a complaint against him through the Ombudsman to resolve this problem as he has taken out money, walked off site on his own, refuses to discuss the problem that he has caused and has not refunded us at least a portion of the work done. This is now costing us more money as we have had to obtain new quotes from various sources to fix his job and continue with the outstanding work to be done.</p> <p> </p> <p>He has no respect for clients and is very rude. Please do not use him. </p>
