So rude and unhelpful

Long standing customers as my entire family is based in the area. Was happy to charge us the same cost as other places even though all he had to do was step out of his shop and assist us. He was so rude and even swore at me as I was upset. Yes, talking about the elderly white 'gentleman' in the shop. Refuse to go back there again.
