Atlas furniture removal Polokwane

I wanted to move my furniture from Polokwane to Pretoria I Google and found Atlas furniture removals.The move was supposed to happen on Saturday around 8h30 in the morning they came at 15h30 to load the truck. At 23h00 my furniture is not at home phoned their office I can't find no one on ***.I paid a lot of money for them to treat me this way.I am worried that some of my stuff will be lost because I don't know their safety where I am.Please let people know about this company they are useless I don't know if I will get all my furniture.My kids had to sleep on the floor because their beds are not delivered yet.
