Atlas Couriers shrugged

I only picked one star so I can continue. But in reality, this compnay should be going out of business. They collected a parcel for delivery a on Dec 19th. Two weeks later, the parcel has not been delivered. Another useless courier company in Johannesburg has exacerbated the problem. When the person who sent the parcel called them here's the response she got: " ‘As you know, we are on a skeleton staff over Christmas. As you know, that is an outlying area.’ That outlying area is not more than 15km from the city centre!!! If you are opne for business, then conduct it. If you can;t be bothered, refuse the business. Their online tracking system also does not work. Don;t use them. You might never see your parcel again.
