Take your money and run!

I bought a new Qashqai with a 3 year/90 000km service plan and a 6 year/150 000km warranty from them in Jan of 2017.

It turns out that they had reported this unit as sold to Nissan South Africa almost 6 months prior to the car being registered in my name. Since then I have had endless problems trying to get this rectified. Eventually I received a letter from Nissan SA that the dates had been changed and confirming that everything was ****** dorey.

Imagine my surprise this morning when taking the car in for its annual service only to hear that the Service plan had expired. I am livid right now!

I would urge anyone to rather not buy anything from this dealership.
