Unapologetic organisation

I purchased 3 x packs OF HAKE PORTIONS and we used 2 packs as we had a function. It was much to our disappointment that we discovered the packs WHICH NORMALLY HAVE pure hake WAS NOW MIXED WITH processed PORTIONS in the same pack. I have attached a photo to clearly show the difference yet this was in the same pack. I followed the basics by calling in the store and explaining, probably there was a mix up. I then emailed and sent mu proof of purchase along with pics. The most disappointing was the unapologetic and ridiculous corrective process on the part of the organisation. I was told that Brecco / Atlantic foods only refund sealed packs. How can one have realised the glitch without first opening and consuming the product. It is clear that customers arnt valued at this organisation.
